DE 系列冷风机

DE系列冷风机片距4.2MM是一种配套于氟利昂制冷设备用的冷柜柜内降温设备，可适用于0—8℃的冷柜使用。主要用于冷柜作为蒸发器使用，方便安装。

DE系列冷风机主要用于冷柜作为蒸发器使用。片距6.4mm其不仅适用于小型冷库，同时也适用于冷藏柜，并方便安装。

主要针对商超应用而设计的,采用空调型机箱,低噪音风机。丹佛斯涡旋定频或直流变频压缩机，定频:2HP-7HP；变频:2HP-8HP，频率从30-100HZ。

油分离器的简单工作原理：压缩机出来的高压气体（气态工质和润滑油），进入油分离器后，进入油分离器的导向叶，沿导向叶呈螺旋状流动，靠离心力和重力，将润滑油从工质气体中分离出来，沿着筒体的内壁流下。工质气体经多孔挡板由中心的管子引出油分离器。分离出的润滑油，集中于油分离器的下部，可定期排出，或者利用浮球阀，使润滑油自动回到压缩机的曲轴箱中。离心回旋流道内的流速推荐为：氨 10-25m/s，氟里昂 20-20m/s。

HC系列冷凝器主要配套以涡旋式压缩机、全封闭活塞式及半封闭活塞式压缩机为主机的敞开式冷凝机组使用，冷凝器与压缩机安装在一起也可以与压缩机分开安装。

水冲霜冷风机是一种配套于不能采用电热除霜或者要求快速除霜的冷库使用的库内降温设备，根据适用温度，水冲霜系列冷风机可分为M,L,J三个系列，分别适用于0℃、-18℃及-25℃左右的冷库使用。水冲霜系列冷风机采用水冲霜，除霜速度快、效果好、能耗小；水冲霜系列冷风机可根据客户要求采用长距离送风或防爆型电机
